Kinetic ViewvsGoHighLevel

Your contractor workflow, already built.

HighLevel is a marketing and CRM toolkit built mainly for agencies, and contractors usually set it up with a prebuilt “snapshot”. Kinetic View ships with estimating, signing, calendars and production ready for a contractor.

14-day trial · No card to start · Founding price $49.99/month

GoHighLevel details from gohighlevel.com/pricing and help.gohighlevel.com/support/solutions/articles/48000982582-load-snapshots-into-existing-sub-account, accessed Oct 26, 2026.

One connected path: lead, appointment, estimate, signed, production and warranty. A signed contract creates the customer, records the sale and opens the production job. Fictional demo data.

At a glance

Who each one is built for.

Both are CRMs for contractors. They’re built around different ideas of how your team buys and uses software.

Kinetic View

Built for

Remodelers, roofers, painters and home service teams that sell in the home. Leads, estimates, the kitchen-table signature, production and warranty work live on one customer record, at one company price.

  • Unlimited users
  • Month to month
  • No setup fee
  • Estimating and e-sign included

GoHighLevelGeneral CRM

Built for

Marketing agencies first. Plans are counted in sub-accounts (client accounts), and higher tiers add SaaS mode and rebilling so agencies can resell it. A contractor builds pipelines, calendars and workflows, or loads a snapshot.

Switching from GoHighLevel?

Switching doesn’t have to suck.

  • Bring your costbook. Import a CSV spreadsheet. Preview the items, then apply.

  • Bring your leads and history. Map fields, preview a small batch, check it, then move the rest. Duplicate checks flag conflicts, and imports never message customers.

  • Guided setup. Plain-language steps and seven trade starter packs. Follow-ups start paused until you turn them on.

  • Searchable help and email support. Help center at kineticview.io/help, in-app help search, and support@kineticview.io on business days.

Straight answers

Before you jump in.

Is Kinetic View cheaper than GoHighLevel?

Both are flat prices with unlimited users. Kinetic View is $49.99/month for the whole company. HighLevel starts at $97/month, with calls, texts and email billed by usage on top.

14
Do I have to build my own workflow?

Not in Kinetic View. Calendars, estimating, the estimate-to-contract flow and production tracking are already built, and guided setup has seven trade starter packs. In HighLevel, contractors usually build their setup or load a snapshot.

3
Can I manage production jobs?

Yes. The last signature opens a production job, tracked on the Production calendar and in the Matrix. HighLevel’s job scheduling and dispatch feature is marked “in progress” on its ideas board.

12
Does Kinetic View have built-in calling?

No. The call center uses your phone’s own dialer, with queues, callbacks and do-not-call tracking. HighLevel has a browser softphone.

9
Is texting included?

Kinetic View has a two-way Message Center. You connect your own Twilio or SimpleTexting account, and that provider bills for texts. HighLevel texting is also billed per message.

4
Can I bring my data over from GoHighLevel?

Yes, if you can export it to CSV. Our import tools map your fields, preview a small batch and flag duplicates before you move the rest.
