Kinetic ViewvsHubSpot

One CRM for the job. Not three hubs.

HubSpot is sold as per-seat hubs, and e-signed quotes and two-way texting need hubs beyond Sales Hub. Kinetic View is one company price, with estimating, signing and a text inbox built in.

14-day trial · No card to start · Founding price $49.99/month

Switching from HubSpot?

Switching doesn’t have to suck.

  • Bring your costbook. Import a CSV spreadsheet. Preview the items, then apply.

  • Bring your leads and history. Map fields, preview a small batch, check it, then move the rest. Duplicate checks flag conflicts, and imports never message customers.

  • Guided setup. Plain-language steps and seven trade starter packs. Follow-ups start paused until you turn them on.

  • Searchable help and email support. Help center at kineticview.io/help, in-app help search, and support@kineticview.io on business days.

Straight answers

Before you jump in.

Is Kinetic View cheaper than HubSpot?

For most sales teams, yes. Kinetic View is $49.99/month for the whole company with unlimited users. HubSpot Sales Hub is priced per seat, from $20 on Starter to $100 per Sales Seat on Professional, and Professional adds a required $1,500 onboarding fee.

1
Which HubSpot hubs would a contractor need?

For e-signed quotes, HubSpot needs a Revenue Hub seat. For two-way texting in the inbox, it needs Marketing Hub Professional or Enterprise plus the SMS add-on. In Kinetic View, estimating, e-signature and the Message Center come in one subscription.

46
Is there a free plan?

Kinetic View has a 14-day trial with no card to start, then $49.99/month for the whole company. HubSpot has a free Sales Hub plan for up to 2 users.

1
Is texting included?

Kinetic View has a two-way Message Center. You connect your own Twilio or SimpleTexting account, and that provider bills for texts.

Does Kinetic View connect to QuickBooks?

Not today. HubSpot’s Revenue Hub lists QuickBooks, and that’s a real advantage if you need it.

2
Can I bring my data over from HubSpot?

Yes, if you can export it to CSV. Our import tools map your fields, preview a small batch and flag duplicates before you move the rest.
