Daily CRM work

Work through daily actions

Find sales assignments, due follow-ups, unanswered customer replies and production work.

Use the action lists

Platform: Web. Actions depend on your role and permitted records.

Open Daily Actions from the sidebar. Each section shows up to 30 permitted records; a plus sign means more exist in the full workspace. My follow-ups includes your assigned reminders and reminders you created without an assignee. Team follow-ups is available to office managers. Snoozed reminders stay out until their effective due time.

Prospects without a default salesperson and unassigned appointments are separate lists: assigning an appointment does not overwrite the customer’s default owner or another project’s assignment. Choose an active salesperson and click Assign. Stale records and overlapping scheduled appointments are blocked.

Understand customer replies

Platform: Web. Actions depend on your role and permitted records.

Customer texts awaiting a reply means the latest visible received/sent/delivered message in that conversation was inbound. This is not an unread badge or read receipt. The list uses the latest 1,000 visible messages from the past 90 days; open Message Center for the full available conversation. Failed outgoing messages do not clear a customer reply from the list.

Production and AI

Platform: Web. Actions depend on your role and permitted records.

Open Duties for role-based customer work lists connected to the Matrix. Administrators configure roles and duties; job milestone history remains available on the job. Creating an assignment does not grant new job access.

A trusted assistant with the separate contractor workflow permission can inspect daily actions and assign an unassigned appointment after your instruction. Changes use exact revisions, current permissions and an audit trail. Workflow tools do not send texts or emails or process payments.
