Create a prospect on the web
Open Prospects → Add Prospect. Enter first name, last name and phone. Email is optional but must be valid when supplied. Add address, Lead source/Sub-source, Job type, Starting stage and notes as needed, then Save Lead. Search existing records first. The initial form does not expose default owner, customer conversion or salesperson assignment controls.
Keep visits and work together
Open the existing permitted customer record for subsequent appointments, reminders, estimates and jobs. A second appointment does not require a duplicate customer. Assignment, marking a prospect as a customer and reminder creation are separate permitted actions, not fields inferred while creating the first contact.
