Scheduling and sales
Set weekly appointment slots and capacity
Define bookable time windows and handle date-specific capacity changes.
Build the weekly schedule
Settings → Scheduling organizes slots by day. Each slot includes Start Time, End Time, and Capacity. Capacity is the number of appointments the business can support in that time window, not the number of employees in the company.
- Select a day of the week.
- Add a start and end time that reflect realistic visit and travel times.
- Set capacity based on available sales staff.
- Repeat for each operating day.
- Check the calendar and Slot Picker with a sample booking.
Handle exceptions
The calendar includes slot editing and date-specific capacity overrides. Use those for holidays, training days, or reduced staffing instead of changing every recurring week. Review existing bookings before reducing capacity.
Assigning a salesperson and selecting a slot are different steps. A free company slot does not guarantee a particular salesperson is free; check their calendar before confirming.
If a slot is missing
Check the selected day, slot active state, capacity, existing bookings, date override, and company timezone. Then verify the user has the appropriate scheduling role. Do not create overlapping replacement slots until you know why the original is unavailable.
