Times and Who works when
On the web open Settings → Appointment times. Times manages weekly start/end rows, closed days and holidays, Auto-assign and optional Advanced limits. Who works when shows reps against those times. Administrators edit company times, closed days, limits and Auto-assign; administrators, general managers and sales managers may edit permitted rep schedules.
Enable Runs appointments for the intended active rep and tick the times they can run. An opening requires an eligible rep and respects job/type/ZIP rules, overlapping appointments, time off and company events. A stored time or a blank limit is not proof anyone is available.
Preserve existing schedules
The first rep-driven transition can replace legacy slot counts after its displayed confirmation. A separately enabled Advanced limit is an additional cap, not a number of available staff. Review the actual openings preview. Existing appointments are not rescheduled just because you edit weekly times.
Guided setup preserves saved rows, including differing days and existing optional limits. Automatic assignment stays off until separately configured. Change later availability in Appointment times, not by repeating setup.
